Who We Are: Parenting Coordinators are a group of professionals who typically come from psychology, law and counseling backgrounds. We provide conflict resolution services to people who are struggling through the process of trying to decide what is best for children during and after a divorce.

We receive training in domestic violence, substance abuse, the court process and how it works, and mediation. We are currently hard at work developing and maintaining high standards around which to do this difficult but rewarding work.

We help divorced or divorcing co-parents and other caregivers who are not seeing eye-to-eye by:

  • Clarifying communication
  • Helping to interpret and enforce Court orders issued by judges or agreed to by co-parents.

There are lots of benefits to using a Parenting Coordinator. The best benefit is the reduction of conflict and hopefully, less stress for your child or children. Also, it is often possible to reduce the amount of time you spend in Court with the help of Parenting Coordinators who will help you deal with disagreements and frustrations which might arise when you are trying to figure out how to cooperatively raise your children.

What we hope to accomplish...

Our goals are to:

  • Educate the public as to the value of using Parenting Coordinators.
  • Provide Information and referrals to those seeking the help of Parenting Coordinators
  • Encourage training and membership to properly qualified professionals interested in becoming Parenting Coordinators.
